We ship within 2 days. Estimated delivery time: 4-6 business days to U.S. 2-4 business days within the E.U. (for the majority of E.U. countries) and 5-7 to non E.U. countries within Europe. For all other countries delivery times vary from 2-15 business days. If you need to know the delivery time for your country please let us know.

If any defects have occurred during shipment send us an e-mail to info@resonatingearth.com with a description of the problem. We will then mail you the address to which the damaged content can be returned. Once received we make arrangements with you to reimburse your shipping cost and send you the replaced item.
